FAQ

How does Swim Rebase log a session?

Inside the app you start by taking or uploading an image of your choosing. Once you confirm the following steps run:

  1. Swim Rebase forwards a prompt to an AI model with a "Log my swim session" prompt.
  2. The harness then determines which tool to call from the ones available to it.
  3. Next using the image uploaded the model then determines any session paths or branches and proposes a set of questions that changes based on the branch of session you took.
  4. You then receive a draft of what the model has determined you did from the information provided.
  5. After any further alterations the model decides to save the session and requests permission to do so.
  6. Finally the session is saved with all your others.

Does it cost anything?

New accounts get a 21-day free Pro trial with no payment details. After that, Rebase Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or yearly, billed through your Apple ID. Prices are standardised using the Apple App Store pricing matrix, so they may vary by country. See the App Store for current prices.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled through Apple and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings:

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone and tap your name.
  2. Tap Subscriptions, then choose Rebase Pro.
  3. Tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

Please contact our support email if anything goes wrong for you.

How do I restore a purchase?

On the Pro screen in the app, tap Restore Purchases.

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings, then Delete account. Please cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings first, as deleting your account does not cancel it.

Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription! As Apple handles your subscription you must cancel through them.

Can I use metres and yards?

Yes. Distances follow your pool:

  • Yards for short course yards (SCY)
  • Metres otherwise
